Due to the handcrafted nature of these products, all sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges for product(s) damaged in-transit or if the incorrect item was shipped to you. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at info@neauxnamenaturals.com within 15 days of the order date. Please include your order details (order number, order date, items purchased etc.) in the body of the email along with pictures of the damaged in-transit/incorrect item(s). Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly to make sure your replacement is sent out forthwith. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
Why are all sales final?
The short answer is hygiene and safety. We do not want to resell potentially used items. Bacteria and germs are a real thing and it is unsafe to resell such items. Customer safety is paramount to us and for that reason we have made all sales final (unless your circumstance falls under one of our exceptions).
Are your products really natural? Or do you just say that?
Our products are made with natural & ethically sourced ingredients. When we decided to launch this brand, natural ingredients were a non-negotiable value for us. So we spent months researching and sourcing the perfect ingredients for our formulations to make sure that we only bring you the very best that Mother Nature has to offer. Literally straight from the earth, through our hands, to you.
Is NeauxName Naturals LLC an environment-friendly company?
Absolutely! This is our second non-negotiable value. We want to make sure that our carbon footprint is as small as possible. This is why 95% of our packing/shipping materials are recyclable. And this is also why we urge our customers to recycle our containers and bottles as well. Even our packing peanuts are biodegradable!
Are your products for everyone? Or just women?
Our products are for everyone. As long as you have skin that you would like to take care of in a more natural way, we would be more than happy to have you as a customer :-D
How can I know which product is right for me?
Once you determine what your concerns are (I.E. sensitive skin), then you can choose the product that best fits your needs. If you need help with this, we would love to help. Send us a message on our Facebook or Instagram page and someone from our staff will assist you as quickly as possible.
How can I make sure my products last a long time?
In order to experience the full shelf life of your products, make sure to not get water in them and/or expose them to extreme temperatures. These products are made with natural ingredients and factors such as added moisture or extreme temperatures can shorten the life of your product. For best results, store in a cool, dry place.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are only shipping within the US & Canada. However, we are working on providing international shipping in the near future. Stay tuned!
How long does shipping and processing take?
Processing an order normally takes 1-2 business days. As for shipping, no real guarantees can be made as to the exact delivery date of your order, but we do try our best to process orders as quickly and efficiently as possible to help cut down on time.
What to do if my order never came?
Please send an email to info@neauxnamenaturals.com with your name and order number so we can investigate further and figure out our next courses of action. Secondly, file a claim with the mail carrier service that is delivering your package.
