Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days + USPS shipping times. Shipping and delivery times are estimated and not strict guarantees, though we will do everything in our power to ensure that you receive your products in a timely fashion.

Please anticipate extended delivery times during holidays and possible delayed shipping on the weekends. Any changes to shipping or delivery times will be communicated to you via email. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

NeauxName Naturals does ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We ask that all addresses be double checked during checkout to cut down on shipping errors.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

NeauxName Naturals will inform our customers with shipment confirmations and order tracking information via the email address and/or telephone number provided upon checkout.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

NeauxName Naturals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

NeauxName Naturals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
